Two basics everyone working with movement and people moving should know:

The beauty of being human is that our uniqueness will forge for us personal conclusions as to what ‚best‘ is. There is no such thing as perfect movement, but there is always better movement (Moshé Feldenkrais).

Movement doesn’t have to be complicated to work wonders in your life. Pain hates movement.

 

Fine tune your muscles by going back to where you learned to move in the first place. You can’t walk until you learn how to move first.
